How much does it cost to have hP Graphics Design build a web site for my company? Every web site is different, so there is no flat fee that applies to all web site design projects. hP Graphics Design will provide you with a guaranteed price quote for your web site project based on an outline of the content and features that you wish to have built in your site.

How do you determine the cost of web design? Design time depends on a number of factors, such as:
  • How soon we meet, either in person or by phone, and develop a scope of work.
  • How soon the contact is completed.
  • How soon we are paid a deposit
  • How quickly you give us the content we need to build your web site properly.
  • Our development schedule
    We can usually begin to get started within days of receiving a deposit, and then the size of the site will determine the time.

  • How much money is required to get started? We require a 50% deposit before the start of ANY work.

    Do I own my web site when it is completed? All content that you provide us (in paper or electronic form) belongs to you. Until we are paid the balance for the complete cost of the project, any materials that we develop belong to us. Once the balance of the agreed price is paid, you own all of the content that we develop that is on the server. Software production tools and certain development files will still belong to us.

    Can I make changes to my web site myself when it is done? Usually. Once the site is paid for, you own the keys to the site. You may alter it in any way that you choose.

    How easy is it to make changes to my web site? That all depends on how proficient you are with computers and Internet software, which server your site is hosted on, etc. Maintenance is something discussed early on in the planning stages before design. We can quote an update schedule for you so that your updating costs are kept low.

    I am ready to get started. What are the first steps? Step 1: Begin by providing us with the details of what your needs are.
    Step 2:Provide us with the necessary information you will want posted to your site and a contact person who will provide that information including; (photos, forms, audios, videos etc...)
